5 RPGs To Look Out For In 2015

IM PLAYIN take a brief look at five RPGs which could take 2015 by storm.

The Witcher, Xenoblade X and FFXV. Final Fantasy 15 actually has me interested again ever since they started screwing up the stories and world maps since FF9.

FFIX brought FF back to its roots. Its story was one of the better ones.

So many good RPGs coming this year:

The Witcher 3
Pillars of Eternity
Tales of Zestiria
Torment: Tides of Numenera
Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC

I doubt FFXV will be out this year. Maybe this Christmas in Japan and early next year in other territories.

But the ones I'm most excited for are Xenoblade Chronicles X and The Legend of Zelda U.

I fell completely in love with the first Xenoblade game on Wii and IMHO, it was far superior to Skyrim despite having inferior graphics. Such is the power of Monolith Soft's gameplay and music that I consider it on the same level as the legendary Chrono Trigger.

And an HD open world Zelda? Nintendo is really gunning for my wallet with a vengeance.

Sleeper hit of the year: Elder Scrolls Online for the console.

I just came back to check out the free to play, and if this game makes it over to the PS4 intact then it will blow console gamers away. The devs did an amazing job fixing this game since the beta. It's like I'm playing a brand new release with enough content to fill 3 Skyrims. I'm shocked that they're not asking a sub for this game. The questing content and story telling are premium as hell and I dare say unmatched in any MMO.
