Microsoft E3 '08 Predictions

Last year's E3 for Microsoft wasn't as good as some of the other consoles but this year they have us asking a lot of questions before hand.

Yes microsuck show was terrible to say the least, but looks like this new E3 in 2008 will be even worst they have no gamez for 2008 everything is getting delayed on the delaybox 180.

Honestly to me right now PS3 and 360 pretty much seem to have about the same amount of good games going for them in 2008 so far.

banjo kazooie update including optional motion controll support

banjo kazooie origonal announced for xbox live arcade

killer instinct remake

killer instinct origonal available on xbox live arcade

viva pinata update including optional motion controll support

singing game, maybe the motion controll will also have built in microphone, and if the controller splits in two like rumours suggest maybe could be used for duets XD

ninja blade, im guessing this would be another game focused on motion controll

I honestly don't care too much about Microsoft's conference on Monday, but I will be watching it because they are competition and I've got to see what they are up to.

I wonder when Microsoft will show off new games that are actually published by Microsoft Game Studios... maybe it will happen at E3 this year. The reason why I said that is because I just can't see Microsoft a very viable competitor against the PS3 in the long run if they don't start producing more of their own games even if they have a lower price point.

Are you seriously taking this stuff personal? There video games for cry out loud which is just a form of entertainment and nothing more. I want to see what everybody has to offer because this stuff is suppose to be about fun at E3. I've heard of brand loyalty but some of you guys are seriously something else.

Really i think Microsoft had a way better year in 2007 than this year b/c they're cutting prices down just to get 360 sold and i'm telling you they need to come up with cool updates to be saved and back up in the rankings. Either cool updates like the Sony just had or start coming out with more games or both.

while i agree the 360 needs some updating in terms of dashboard and such, what do you mean when you say:

i think the trophy system has potential, but in-game XMB should have been there from the start, IMO.

edit: also, you typically do cut prices to sell things...it's not a desperate move-i mean, sony cut prices/reconfigured the SKU's to drop 200 dollars last year, and that was for what reason? to sell hardware XD

What he's referring to KingofMA is that Sony just had a update that shows people it is always getting better with each update. I think he's saying that he want MS to show the same thing with the new dashboard update and unveil a new feature or two.

Dark Sniper expects Microsoft's E3 conference to be nothing more than announcements that display acts of desperation rather than gaining an image of true innovators of the industry such as Sony Computer Entertainment.

E3 for Microsoft will be more like ME2 as they look to catch up to the true gaming pioneers, Sony and Nintendo.
