OlliOlli2: Welcome To Olliwood review – manual labour | Metro

Skateboarding sims may have become a rarity in terms of big budget games but this excellent indie sequel shouldn’t be missed by anyone.

OlliOlli2 is a skateboarding game, and despite the 2D point of view it’s a pretty accurate one to. But no matter how dimensions it takes place in it’s not intended to be a simulation. This is a video game first and foremost and although it uses the moves and conventions of skating as its basis, it’s also relatively unconcerned about what is or isn’t physically possible in reality. Few games are as daring when it comes to real world subject matter, but that’s what makes OlliOlli2 so good.

The story is too old to be commented.
