VRFocus- Since December 2014 Oculus VR and Samsung have been slowly rolling out the Gear VR smartphone-based virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display (HMD). The device has seen a very controlled consumer launch, only hitting certain countries at a time and having just launched a preview of its commerce store in the USA this week. Despite this, Oculus VR’s John Carmack recently noted that the response to Gear VR has been ‘way better’ than the company had initially expected.

Praydog is amazing..not only made a lot of modern Resident Evil games to work in VR, now its Unreal engine games...definitely a talented guy

They need to stick VR back in RnD departments everywhere that or let the porn industry lead the way like everything else that's been introduced then brought to mass market after porn made it a thing lmfao
Many retro game revivals have happened over the course of the last few years. The best ones are able to make you feel as if you are playing through those original rose-colored glasses. You didn’t go back to the beginning, you went back to how you REMEMBER the beginning to be. Companies like Dotemu have done a great job with recent releases like Streets of Rage 4, Windjammers, and the upcoming Ninja Turtles hack and slash, Shredder’s Revenge. By incorporating a slick polish and drawing style, the old pixel based games feel fresh and new. Ivanovich Games is doing the same with classic shooter games by injecting a heavy dose of VR and all it’s benefits through 1976: Back to Midway and now it’s sequel: 2076: Midway Multiverse.
