He's a kid who at 11 or 12 is showing a remarkable propensity for modeling and design. Some people may laugh, but that was the best design job interview I've seen in a very long time.

I applaud the kid's creativity and his craftsmanship with those cutouts, they were actually pretty good. However, as soon as he started doing the reloading animations and weapon positions i really had to roll my eyes... First off, it just shows how obsessed he is with the game if he memorized Master Chiefs animations...
