Why The Wii U Is The Only Console For Zelda-Inspired Action-RPG CrossCode

Siliconera - After releasing a new demo of its action-puzzler CrossCode, Radical Fish Games launched an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign so that the team could go from working on the game part-time, to working on it full-time.

Meh. Although I am sure there is a market for this game I do not think it will be for me. If I want to play a retro LOZ type game I will just play the many downloadable versions of actual LOZ games on my Wii U eshop. I am not interested anymore in 2d retro style games. Fez and Shovel Knight are the only ones that were awesome this past year IMO.

This year alone is going to see tons of Nintendo exclusives that will eat up my time and leave me happy enough that I do not intend to play games like this for a long time. Pretty sure LOZ Wii U and Xenoblade Chronicles X will keep me busy enough for near a year lol. That is besides FF Type 0 HD and The Witcher 3 and Splatoon and Star Fox.

If this is your think then I am happy for you and hope you really enjoy it. I just feel the 2d indie movement is flooded right now.
