Nintendo have added a new feature to the store in the shape of a bundle builder.
The new feature allows customer to build a New 3DS bundle from a set number of options. The current options are between a new 3DS (in black or white), a face plate pack and a Mario Holder for the system. The total of the bundle comes to the sum of £159.99.
Retailer listings indicate that there'll be a price increase for various Nintendo amiibo that have been announced for 2025.
$40 is absolutely ridiculous. $15 made sense, but you can literally get full on games for $40… what in the hell is going on?
$40? wtf that is insane. I got a few sometime ago and those things should be more like $15 tops for the quality of them. Nintendo going to Nintendo though, people will still pay $40 and scalpers will charge double that and idiots will still pay.

Wow... I really didn't think Amiibos were going to be this big. I'm okay with the success of the Amiibos for now because Nintendo seems to have a lot of games coming down the pipeline. I just hope they don't turn into an Amiibo making company who does games on the side, I hope they remeber that their games are what brought them this level of loyalty and fandom.
I personally will never buy an Amiibo. I know their purposely made to be in limited quantities and I refuse to be sucked into that, besides I've never been much of a collector. Also, the most popular characters will have probably over a dozen variations/models in a few years.
