AFAIK the FSK denied a rating for the cut version wich means they wont review another copy, means no disc version in germany and probably australia, rest is uncut.

thats why techland removed a region-lock for the digital version, so everyone can import

Can't be true because the digital version has been on sale for nearly a month (in the UK at least). They would of just sorted that with a simple patch rather than postpone the physical version wouldnt they?
