APB had a pretty sweet character creator and that’s not mentioned. I agree with xenoverse and dragon’s dogma. The Bethesda games kinda suck in this regard imo.
Forza’s layering system is the best character creator out there. Everytime I go to place tattoos on some elf’s face I think about how much better Forza could do it.

How is that GT? Launch, Devilman and the power pole are from the original Dragonball.
I'm getting more and more put off now. All this DLC is getting too much, there is no excuse for this stuff not being in the game right from the off.
The only way this will stop is if we stop supporting it, i don't know if i will bother with this game.
I'm really hoping there is more to DLC 3 than what appears. I mean Jaco and Master Roshi's costume doesn't seem worth the $10.
