One free month of Xbox Live given out to many MCC players

Microsoft have begun to give out 1 free month of Xbox Live to players who played the game during the troublesome release during November and December 2014 as a show of appreciation for the xbox one gamers continued support of Halo: MCC.

In addition to a free month of Xbox Live, players will also receive Halo 2: Anniversary MP map Relic and Halo: ODST remastered sometime around mid 2015.

Wow. Got my copy on christmas and I won't be receiving a code for a free month nor ODST to my knowledge despite the fact the game over 100 days after launch is still completely broken.

I got a XBL message, but oddly while logged into 360.

Am looking forward to ODST immensely, feel the game got an unjustified hard time to be honest. Its flawed for sure, very flawed but some fine qualities.

Me too! I never spent more than a couple of hours on my 360 copy of ODST so it's going to be great when we get it on X1!
