I don't think anyone's genuinely calling for DOA characters to have breast reductions? It's one of the games trademark things. It'd be pretty strange if they suddenly started looking more realistic.
I do think he's being a little naive about the framing of the content. The whole.. "You lost, now pan your camera around your sweaty panting character in a often suggestive pose - take as long as you like!" Is maaaybe a bit gratuitous, haha.
