Avoiderdragon: Here’s yet another game with the word “Dead” in its name, like the recently reviewed Dead State. There has always been a pre-occupation with death and the deceased throughout human history, including the various hypothetical states that those no longer alive may assume. With the title of this game though, combined with its premise, you may think that the developer was clearly going for something that alluded to a more well-known game.
Dead Effect is a first-person sci-fi shooter set in outer space. While it does not offer anything new to the genre and borrows features from other games, Dead Effect undoubtedly gets a lot of things right. This is an action packed game from the beginning and the story is told via verbal dialogue
