As the commander of the titular Black Talons it’s your job to lend aid to an independent system under siege by the Tzanar Union. Sounds cool, right? Nope. Though Mechs & Mercs may hold much promise in its own premise it struggles to deliver compelling gameplay, providing lackluster at almost every turn."
