5 Reasons Why You Cannot Miss Out on Warframe

Warframe is a game that everyone should check out, even if it's just to find out how incredibly polished a F2P game can be when compared to AAA titles.

LOVE this game. Started playing on the PS4, then switched to Xbox One to play with more of my friends. The game is INCREDIBLY deep and cusomizable with all the warframes/weapons/mods.

If you have a PC/X1/PS4, give it a shot. I also recommend playing friends, as it's 5x more fun to play and talk with friends.

If you are on Xbox One and want someone to play with, i'm on every night. Gamertag: Chanogram

Great game. Just got an XOne last month and was happy to jump into this. Reminds me of the ME3 multiplayer, which to me was the best part of the game.

I tried it when i first got my PS4 and it just felt weird. I really did not like it. I wish I did though, because its got an interesting art style and setting.

Just wasn't for me...

Would rather see it as an RPG than the semi-MMO it is.

Might be worth a try now. Things are a hell of a lot more fleshed out. There is more hand holding in the beginning to teach things like mods and abilities. Plus, for a F2P title, the economy is pretty fair. If you are patient, you can pretty much get everything you need/want from just playing and learning the game. I haven't played in about a month. But, it's still a pretty damn fun game once you understand when, where, and why you go to different places. If you don't like it, then the only thing that you will be out of is some time and hard drive space.

You should try it again. I played it for the first time since the PS4 launch and it substantially better.

Tried it on the Xbox One, I love the style of the game. I haven't played it that much but I am going to have to go back and give it another go round.

Tried it on Xbox One and it was buggy, not to mention ai were pretty bad

Polished? Warframe? Yeah, no. I played it on my PS4, but I couldn't stand it. Combat is clunky, the missions and environments are terribly repetitive, even more so than the most 'repetitive' AAA games like Destiny.

I have been playing Warframe for a few years, and it is one of the best free-to-play games of all time. Normally in progression style free-to-play games, the developers put in artificial barriers to force you to spend money, but that does not happen in Warframe. What makes this better is that premium currency can be traded. That is unheard of in other free-to-play games.

If you are looking for a free-to-play live service game to play, then I recommend Warframe. Just proceed with the expectation that the game does not do a good job of explaining its systems or progression, so you will need to follow a youtuber who is dedicated to that game to help you out. In addition to that, the game is grindy but does not have some insanely low drop rate, so there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I think the lowest item drop rate is around 5.88%, not the 0.00000002% you see in other free-to-play games. There are also hordes of enemies, so it is not too difficult to get what you need. It is also rare to farm for something with such a low drop rate. These days I find myself farming the stuff with a 15-20% drop rate.
