Mobile racer Need for Speed No Limits is set to get a massive update next week. Known as the “Underground Rivals Update”, it will add a new PvP mode, powerful new cars (including the Enzo Ferrari), and more.
This is an addictive mobile racer with high speed racing and awesome graphics coupled with customisable cars adding graphics, body kits and performance upgrades as you progress through the chapters. It could do with a tweak here and there and the addition of circuit races and drag racers would help make this game even better.
EA have a habit of doing this - taking devs under their stable and matching them to certain titles. Think DICE and Star Wars Battlefront, for example.
Good move in my opinion.
The game itself based on the trailer looks like it might be solid, as I would expect from the RR3 dev. I guess it'll be just to wait and see if the experience has meat on its bones or not.
It will probably be one of those F2P mobile titles that a lot of negative comments get made about, yet even more people will quietly enjoy.
I'm cautiously optimistic about the title. Fire monkeys have a good track record. But EA...
