From the review: "There's a level of Bolt II for everyone, whether it be someone just starting out with a solid PC gaming rig or for those who want to go all out."
Engadget - Digital Storm's latest Bolt is more than the standard tower we've seen from the PC boutique company in the past-- it's a Steam Machine! Well, sort of. It's also a regular PC, with the ability to dual-boot into both Windows and SteamOS. The biggest difference is that it ships with Valve's Steam Controller -- something you'll need if you're interested in playing any cursor-based games in your living room.
Maximum PC: Digital Storm's original Bolt introduced gamers to a console-like box filled with PC hardware. It was essentially a Steam Machine before such a thing existed, minus Valve's Steam OS. This time around, Digital Storm's Bolt II is a bona fide Steam Machine that once again comes in a small form factor (SFF) chassis, only now it runs both Windows and Steam OS, and is liquid cooled to boot.
Not quite sure the audience. If I'm spending $2000 on a PC I will surely buy and build it myself.
Wow a really great piece of equipment. But absurdly expensive!
