As a lovely Christmas Gift Arc System Works sent a nice press release including the first 1080p screenshots and info of the enhanced version of BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma, named BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Extend, and scheduled for release in Japan for PS4, Xbox One and PS3 on April 23rd, 2015.
Karan writes- "The modern fighting game scene has been plagued by saturation, microtransactions, terrible business models and a lack of creativity. Which is a shame, but also the perfect excuse for you to look back in time a bit, and experience some of the classics of the genre in all their glory. The steam sale is the perfect occasion for you to binge-purchase some true masterpieces — games that will help you rediscover your love of the genre, or make you a fan if you already weren’t one."
Amazon has discounted the physical versions of several Vita games to below $20, including Akiba's Beat, Arcana Heart 3: LOVE MAX!!!!!, BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma EXTEND, Drive Girls, Tokyo Tattoo Girls and Zero Time Dilemma.
A few fighting games have been discounted with BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Extend dropping to $29.99, Street Fighter V to $18.95 and Street Fighter V Collector's Edition to $38.97.
BlazBlue is an underrated series. Fighting genre fans should really give it a try because its damn good.
As much as I want it Ill wait for the third version BB:CP Extend 2 which we all know its coming. I felt stupid buying the second game 3 times there was almost no difference between them.
