Fix for the v2.40 bug

Many people encountered problems after updating their PS3 to v2.40. It happens, indeed, that the console "freezes" (sort of), but hopefully "fpet007", a member of the french website UltimatePS3.fr, has found a solution to resolve this issue and repair your system !

The problem is probably caused by the HDD, the console’s Memory shouldn’t be affected.

The following method should allow you to debug your console. It works fine and this process isn’t dangerous since it’s a simple HDD format.

Please note that all of your data will be erased, including your games and saves data.
