From Little Big Planet to Project Spark, there are many games that sell themselves with the promise of unleashing dormant creativity. Sure, there is some measure of imagination in using the toolset provided but anyone who has explored the levels designed by everyday gamers will often be disappointed. Turns out, making a good game – or even a good level – is hard."
