Cubed3:
"Trine is a 2D platforming adventure with a fully interactive physics engine that helps to make some challenging, but enjoyable puzzles. A choice of three characters is offered, each with their own unique abilities, which not only adds variety, but gives the freedom to experiment when working out the best way to proceed. These three heroes also let Trine be tackled co-operatively, as up to three people can play either locally or online. The heroes' journey is accompanied by a wonderful music track that excellently complements the beautiful art style to create an incredible adventure. With release of the most newest version, Cubed3 reviews Trine: Enchanted Edition."
The Trine bundle including the unreleased Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power is probably coming to Switch soon
VGChartz's Evan Norris: "Time hasn't done much to dent Trine Enchanted Edition. It still looks lovely and sounds spectacular, and traffics in some inventive physics-based puzzle-platforming. Charming narration, co-op options, and replayable levels help neutralize the game's most obvious flaws: repetitive enemies and underwhelming boss battles."
Frozenbyte has released Trine: Enchanted Edition for Switch via the Nintendo eShop for $14.99 / €14.99 / £13.49, and announced that both Trine 2: Complete Story and Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power are due out soon after. All three titles are ported by BlitWorks.
