It appears that dozens of Xbox One early adopters aren't receiving Limbo for free even though they appear to have met the requirements for the promotion as outlined by Microsoft. Even more puzzling is some Xbox One owners are receiving the free game even though they weren't early adopters.

My brother got it and he only got his on cyber Monday maybe it's xbox ones manufactured before a certain date or something
It was already clarified by MS that anyone who played their console within the first week of the X1 launch would receive it...
So anybody that didn't receive and didn't play on the launch week is understandable. If people are receiving it, but didn't play within the launch week is a bit weird. Are they sure they aren't used consoles that had been played on during the week of launch, sold and they bought it later down the line?
