Petition Against Target Selling GTA V Reaches 25,000 Signatures

When Grand Theft Auto V released last year, it did so to no small amount of controversy. Now, a year later with its release for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, it seems that history is repeating itself. A petition surfaced online on November 29th asking retail giant Target to stop selling and promoting the game, stating that it “encourages players to commit sexual violence and kill women”. That petition currently holds more than 25,000 signatures.

It's like the hick mom from Alabama who got Breaking Bad toys banned from Toys R Us. Aaron Paul's retaliation,"Like Barbies aren't any more scarring." There are more scarring things than that. The choking hazards that are legos. The fact Toys R Us also sells GTAV and M Games. The Nerf guns that "teaches kids how to wield real guns." That last one is what my family believes -_-

Did you just say nerd guns teaches kids to wield real guns?

When is it going to end? Tomorrow would be Dragon Age petition because you can kill woman with a sword. What about the male character that are caught in the wrath of said player? do they not matter? #doublestandards

This is stupid 25,000 signatures just to stop a company from selling a game you have to have ID to buy. :-\

I bought COD AW and AC Unity and Shadows of Mordor and they didn't ID me. I do look 22 though.
