In Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, there are a lot of legendary Pokemon that you can catch aside from Groudon, Kyogre, and Deoxys. The additional legendary Pokemon that are catchable in the game are Ho-Oh and Lugia, the legendary Pokemon from the Johto region.
