As far as infamous goes I think it was ok in gameplay but story was bland. They should have made it less realistic and more over the top storyand characters.

I actually quite enjoy DriveClub. I really don't understand the hate on it. Just because seme featue ( challenge ) dont work i can still play online, Race with my club and offline always worked just fine. With a wheel its even a better game.
I will say this its not "outstanding" but its definitely an engine they can use to build the next motorstorm anbd i couldn't more excited.

Killzone well. I have alaways been a big fan of Killzone still a lot of fun. But there is many other games ( Bf4 on pc ) taking my time. I will get back to it soon.

Knack i have no opinion but i watched some Twitch and people seem to enjoy it.

Don't read too much in people making negative article hating is easier than praising and it seem that hating everything is the it thing right now.

@memots Yea driveclub is a fun game I almost have platnim trophy for it once they turn on challenges I'll have it. but the online only became stable about a week ago...... leaving it with so many online problems for over 1.5 months for a game thats all about online is not forgivable and I think its spot for worst game is deserved just because of that. I'm glad we will get those free expansions this Tuesday though I'll be there to get all trophies on those as well

Thief was mostly hated on by fans of the original series. It wasn't what they expected so they got mad. Not for nothing, I'd get mad too if they rebooted Witcher and made it more "accessible" or what ever else old-school Thief fans were complaining about. Never having played any previous Thief and judging the new one on it's own merits, I really liked it.

Exactly. I agree with you. For those of you who believe greatness doesn't await you or will never come to the PS4, it's probably because you can't afford to buy very many games. You buy two systems in an attempt to be seen as cool, but to me, buying two systems then only having enough money to buy 5 games per system is pretty foolish. Then when others who only have one system, like myself, state that "Greatness Awaits" and it's here now those who have multiple systems seem to think that it's important to let everyone know that they have both the Xbox One and PS4. At this point in the game, no one really cares if you have both or all consoles. What really matters is how many games do you have that you actually want to play right now? I have 36 games and I really want to play 32 of them.

I slightly disagree with Knack. It was a platformer and it should have been treated as such. From the technological point of view, it was next gen due to the amount of objects going on at once. Each one in Knack's body was independent, which takes up resources. Was it the best launch title? Not really, but was it fun and challenging? Yes. Take it as you will, I would not say it was horrible by any means and it was fun to play with friends (local multiplayer).

I found destiny pretty lifeless as it didn't really have an end goal. the zero gravity space mission alone trumps destiny's entire level design. point being killzone had so many different mechanics it made feel like a shadow marshal. instead of destiny making me feel like a major player ,it made me feel like a mindless foot soldier. destiny is so afraid to try something new.and dont tell me jet packs because killzone 3 had jet packs. killzone has always tried something different in each game.plus they listen to their community. DriveClub and Killzone deserve to be on this list, I would add Infamous as well. All 3 games have a common similarity and that is they are graphical masterpieces but lack substance. DriveClub is by far the worst out of the 3 because it has barely any cars and pretty awful driving imo, it also lacks customization which is needed for hardcore racing fans like myself. Killzone is graphically amazing but it seems to be worse than KZ2 or 3 for me at least. Infamous was pretty mediocre as well. The story was bad compared to others and extremely short, side missions were boring as well.

I have faith in Sony's 1st party but so far I am disappointed. I have no doubt they will deliver but I think they should all make new IP's if possible instead of keep making sequels that won't deliver like the previous games have

Not only was KZ Shadowfall a good game, great online, it was also a LAUNCH title that released with no substantial flaws. With pretty much every game coming out right now having game-breaking bugs on release, and the Master Chief Collection fucking up their online, Shadowfall deserves A LOT more credit for what they pulled off.

Also, DriveClub is an excellent RACING game. Nowadays it's all about wide-open tracks and rewind buttons to make it super easy to win; DriveClub wasn't afraid to crank up the AI and get rid of noob-friendly "features" of other racing games. Its tracks are great, and the physics even better. The online features stumbled out of release, but you can hardly fault a game for not getting INNOVATIVE (meaning never done before) features perfect right away. Obviously unpredictable complications arise when you try something for the first time.

Infamous SS was a blast to play - played it through 4 times. Great graphics, great villain, good story and it wasn't effing broken when it released like AC Unity and TMCC. My only complaints - the story wasn't long enough and it wasn't as good as the first two franchise games. That said it was still worth the $60 I payed for it.

Driveclub - Tech Demo with an awful that STILL isn't fixed

Basement Crawl - Never heard of it, in this gen, that's strange

NBA Live - A PS3 ported upwards. It's EA, they took 20+ years to Make crowds in FiFA. 2k should make a football game, imagine.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - The film was bad enough, rushed cash grab, same PS3 copy ported upwards again.

Knack - Tech Demo again.

We shouldn't have 7 games this bad in any year, never mind in a timeline where people would literally buy a game because of what it looks like.

Killzone SF was my game buy mistake of the year. Last one i bother getting. I skipped 3 because of this.

KillZone Shadowfall is in no way a bad game.The only thing that game doesn't do right is the story and characters,if you're a person that loves FPS shooters and MP you'll love the game but if you're a guy like me that loves good story telling and engaging characters then you'll probably find this game a bit lacking.Overall its a good game.
