I actually prefer PES to FIFA, but no more PES for me after what Konami has become.
ea also shuts down servers to some of their older games and so has sony. sony shut down socom 4, resistance games and even gt5.

While it's their choice to do that I hate when servers go offline. I whish every game would support dedicated servers so that community would exist after the game stopped being supported.

it is to show that this isn't immune to just konami whom so many want to pick on now that what happened to kojima and their new focus into mobile gaming.
And if fifa 17 this year is using the Frostbite 3 engine and showing gameplay improvements making use of the engines benefits (including the referees and goalkeepers, and other realism improvements such as the managers coming out into their box rallying the team on, the fourth referee, net realism, better particle effects in rain, snow or foggy conditions etc) then PES could be on the back burner again.

So happy that they made a real soccer game. I'm just sad because it took them all this time to release a game that good. Hope they keep the good work and congratulations Konami's PES Team. You did great job.

It isn't the best football game at all..
People just don't expect much from the title anymore whereas a lot is now expected from Fifa.
I love pes and hope it does become the better game but it isn't as fluid as Fifa and shooting, which is very important right?! Just isn't good enough.
They still have the same old stiff, silly looking passing movements and if you have played a lot of football you know exactly what I'm talking about.
Its a lot better than it has been for sure, but Fifa is a better/more complete experience for sure.
If you don't like the arcade style on Fifa you can just adjust sliders and play the game with full on simulation settings
