Blizzplanet got ahold of images and short biographies of some of the leading and support characters to play a role in the upcoming standalone StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void.
The player takes the role of Hierarch Artanis as he interacts with protoss and dark templar characters aboard the Spear of Adun ship.
Other support characters chiming in are Jim Raynor, Kerrigan, Matt Horner and Emperor Valerian Mengsk.

Modder ‘NightmareDoors’ has released the demo of a new total conversion mod for StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void, called Dead Zone – Hope Lost. Dead Zone – Hope Lost is described as a dense horror atmosphere unlike anything else seen in Starcraft 2 thanks to a large amout of custom assets, enviromental systems and intricate sound design.
