DeNA is making a small fortune with Final Fantasy Record Keeper and their biggest competitor GREE is probably doing the same. They have a new version of their card game Final Fantasy Artniks which came out back in 2012.
Square Enix and their mobile platform partner Gree announced a new Final Fantasy mobile title called Final Fantasy Artniks Dive.
Needs less mobile and more portable consoles.
How hard would it really be to bring them to portable consoles?
Square's CEO is an idiot. He's trying to push the company to mobile gaming because he feels "HD games are not worth the cost." I mean he's correct in a way, you can shit out mobile games all day and have the casual audience eat that shit up at a low cost (for the consumer) and a low budget (for the company). But that's just plain stupid and disrespectful to the gaming community who MADE that company what it is. Without the community Squaresoft and Enix would never have been anything. They would have never merged, they would have never existed... But F us. We understand. Completely cool bro. I mean hey they might make fantastic mobile games that completely raise the bar for mobile gaming. *scoff* lol.
I think is simply $ logic for squenix Japan is totally loving the iOs Android gaming.

I wouldn't mind the games being on mobile since they work perfectly well on them, it's just the shoddy quality and lack of effort that goes into these mobile games that ticks me off.
