A Bird Story Review | Indie Games AAA

‘A Bird Story’ is a game in a moment. It’s such a condensed piece of top-notch story-telling that it washes over you and lets you go, but not without leaving a lingering longing for something to care for, or about, or anything at all. Pieces like this are wonderful in so many ways. They challenge the player to engage in an idea. They challenge the player to pay attention to a setting. They challenge the general notion of gaming. But most importantly, ‘A Bird Story’ challenged me to be vulnerable. Screw you Ken. Thanks. Please keep making these.
