Sales figures revealed for latest Naruto, One Piece, and Sword Art Online games

"Bandai Namco’s latest financial results reveal sales numbers for some of the company’s main big releases over the past few months.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution, which launches for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in September, sold 650,000 units worldwide.

One Piece: Unlimited World Red, which launched for PlayStation 3, Wii U, PS Vita, and 3DS in June and July (the 3DS version launched in Japan last November), sold 500,000 units worldwide.

Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment, which launched for PS Vita in Japan in April and in North America and Europe in August, sold 400,000 units worldwide.

And finally, 3rd Super Robot Wars Z Jigoku Hen, which launched for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in Japan in April, sold 400,000 units."

well well well im impressed with the sales of sword art online, very cool anime full of action, i was going to buy it but im waiting for a price drop hopefully around christmas

It's not really that much action, it's a game so no blood and I just love animated blood so much. But haven't heard about the game before but then again this isn't my fav anime. It's decent though.

I want to see the next Naruto game. I wonder if it'll be Storm 4, or a new series for the PS4/X1. Revolution is cool and all, but it's been the story mode for those games that really makes me want to play. I love how they portray the series.

Also great for Sword Art. Seems to warrant bringing Lost Song over to NA/EU as well. Thank god they got a different translator for the English-Asia version of that game.

Really glad SAO sold well. Really wish they would patch in a Online mode for it like Japan has. Regardless great game and looks like we will get the sequel in the west.
