I had my brand new X1 crash on me the other day, it froze on me while playing FH2, had to restart it, my PS4 has done it a couple of times as well. Issues are not just on PC.

OT: CBE worked perfectly for me, so far a good game.

I think it depends on your PC, while most PC gamers will deny it, most think there PC is the dogs b0****ks(me included) and try to play a game on full settings, only for it to crash to the desktop with a whimper.(my PC has 2 overclocked gtx 670s in sli, Shadow of mordor just stamped all over them)
However, most of the time it is purely down to p155 poor optimising by the devs, just look at BF4 and Watchdogs as thev stand out culprits.

Yea I have game crashes on my Xbox One and PS4 as well. Same goes for games on my PC. It happens.

no they aren't. But I encounter them so frequently on PC that I honestly dread installing new PC games.

I think sometimes these devs have the attitude that because PC gamers CAN tweak their PCs to fix issues, they don't have to try as hard to make their games foolproof unfortunately.

I can think of a couple platforms that dont get fixes for their games which are no less buggy.
