I'm happy with my wireless gold headset, doesn't get much better than that.

The PULSE headset lol I have them and like them better than any turtle beach or tritton headset iv'e ever had.

True dat. I had the choice to get the gold or a slightly more expensive 3rd party headset with a few more features, but ended up getting the gold because of the app. If you're playing Destiny or The last of us with the gold headset and you're not using the app you're missing out.

Yeah everytime i tried tritton or turtle sets , it wasnt better , nor not superior enough to justify the price . Hell on the stealth 500 there is often a constant buzzing sound that you always hear when the game volume is low

Besides the Astro A40 coupled with the mixamp pro still murder any of those .

As a alternative to finding the a40+mixamp combo and using it on ps4 , i find the Gold headset to be much better given its relatively low price

I'm actually looking at splurging on the A50's.

I've been seriously considering picking up the Wireless Gold headset. Is it truly wireless? Or does it have any cords? How is the battery time etc?

Thanks in advance.

I am looking at picking up the Stealth 500P, looks nice.

I picked up the Elite 800's. They are fantastic. The active noise canceling is really nice.

Sure he does, he works there lol. I still say the a50 and short of that the plyr1 are the best but whatever.

I'll wait for Sony to release a wireless Platinum headset before upgrading.
