When it comes to gameplay sharing, no one can touch Elgato. Ever since the company’s Game Capture HD released in 2012, I haven’t used anything else. Its streamlined recording process, high portability factor and superior video quality positioned it as the capture hardware to beat, and so far nothing in its price range has been able to surpass it. Now Elgato has released the Game Capture HD60 — built from the ground up for the next generation of consoles, with an even smaller design and beautiful 1080p 60fps capturing capability.

Elgato is very well known for its high definition capture cards with not just high definition but high quality, more recently they had a new edition to there ever growing list of brilliant capture cards, the HD60 Pro. Now Elgato has released this 1 wires solution!

It also never fails to happen right after you purchase that same piece of technology, sadly. Cause in point is news that Elgato is prepping to release a new capture device. Hinted over that Facebook page, Elgato posted the message “Bigger, Better, Faster, Strong. T-1 day #ElgatoNext”, along with the following image.

"With services like Twitch and YouTube live streaming becoming nothing but more popular, a new market of third party hardware that allows the general user to capture and upload those epic gaming moments straight to their site or channel has arisen. The Elgato Game Capture HD60 represents one of, if not the best total package systems on the market with a beautiful form factor, great built-in software suite, and overall capability that makes it the obvious choice for the aspiring streamer."
