It's very easy to get a Japanese PSN account.

It pisses me off that you didn't put Japan in the title or description. You know if it said Japan no one would click because most people don't have Japanese accounts. It's common practice to say this because you know most of us don't have Japanese accounts.
EDIT: Even non journalists know to put the "Japan" title in.

And from what I hear, you also need a Japanese PS+ membership too. Could be wrong but I believe it's exclusive for plus users.

To play U only need a New jp account. Itll give u free 14 ps plus days. I did that twice on ps4

Lucky you. I bought the asia ver of Ishin and it doesn't have the PS+ code >.< . Oh well, Ishin is a great game and i'm loving it so far (play it with a walkthrough and now on chap 4).
