Isn't it a shame that a game like this would never be in the running for GoTY? My thoughts are that if a game is unique in some way, with engaging gameplay like this sounds like it has, shouldn't it be at least considered?

Sorry for the mini-ramble; just thought it & had to vent. I'm going out to buy this tomorrow at full price just to encourage new / different genres like this, it sounds like a nice break from the norm.

The series has been around for a while and the last one for the PS3 was a good game as well. It's just not a AAA title so it probably won't even garner a vote or two.

@ftwrthtx I didn't hear about the series until this one unfortunately; I'll check out the PS3 game then too. Sounds like it simply has gotten better and better & a nice change of pace from shooters. Sad though that a game has to be a AAA title to garner even a chance...
