New PC VR HMD Visus Opens Pre-Orders

VRFocus - This week brings the reveal of another new virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display (HMD) looking to hit the market before the likes of the Oculus Rift and Project Morpheus launch. Visus from VisusVR is another HMD that uses modern smartphones as a display, although doesn't use the given phone for the actual VR experiences. Instead, Visus claims to be a PC VR HMD by streaming videogames from the player's computer to the phone's screen.

The story is too old to be commented.

Streaming games, over wireless, to the phone... for VR?

Hasn't VR been demonstrated to be pretty nauseating under 60 Hz and with any sort of serious lag?
