Slightly Mad Studios and My.com are working together on an arcade style MMO racing title set to change the way you think about team racing. Enjoying a new partnership with Curse Sites on Gamepedia.com, you can now find out everything you want to know about World of Speed and contribute to the knowledge with an all-new Wikipedia style information hub.
From MMORPG: "The World of Speed Steam page has been updated with a new developer blog to provide readers with information about what the team has been working on most recently as the game races towards Open Beta. Most notably, players can expect several new systems to launch after the start of Open Beta including: Clans, new game modes, and a new chat system."
VVV: "Remember Slightly Mad Studios’ online side project World of Speed that was being developed alongside Project CARS 2 as an arcade, team-focused street racing game? Initially announced back in 2014, the perpetual silence surrounding the game over the last few years led us to believe the game had been scrapped – the last we had heard about the title was back in 2015. Turns out it’s been picked up by a different developer and has had a stealth release on Steam Early Access."
VVV: "Slightly Mad Studios have recently shared with the gaming community some new screenshots for their upcoming PC racer World of Speed. The pictures show off some of the game's visual customisation options for the BMW 128i.
The screenshots show three different options covering the front bumpers, hoods/bonnets, side skirts, rear bumpers and finally spoilers."
Curse is a solid addition to their team.
Good to see Curse following World of Speed
