Heroes Charge is ucool's brand new free to play RPG for the iOS and Android platforms. You're presented with loads of characters and even more ways to upgrade each and every one of them, so even though you start off with a fairly weak team, pretty soon you end up with an insanely tough powerhouse full of heroes that can maul anybody who stands in their path.

Today, Blizzard announced its intent to sue Lilith Games, the developers of mobile game Soul Clash, which is known in Taiwan as DOTA Legend, for "violation of copyright laws and trademark laws." This news comes from a press release on Blizzard's official Taiwanese site (and was examined by Gamasutra using Google Translate.)
At the same time, Lilith Games has taken aim at uCool, developers of Heroes Charge. It alleges that Heroes Charge is a clone of Soul Clash, and has filed suit in the U.S.
Chinese popular mobile card game Soul Clash was officially launched on Japanese App Store and Google Play. Surprisingly, a lot of Japanese players slammed the game, because they thought Soul Clash is Heroes Charge's copycat. But in fact, the opposite is true.
As you might expect, video game marketing is largely about the trailer, but it takes more than just a few catchy screen grabs set to cool music to capture the attention of today's gamers.
