New Battlefield Hardline Details – Beta on All Platforms, 150 Ranks, No Visual Recoil, and More

MP1st - Previous reports from an interview with Visceral Games General Manager Steve Papoutsis suggested that Battlefield Hardline‘s second beta, coming in January, may only be open to users on next-gen consoles and PC.

But Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 users need not waste away in heartache. More recently, Papoutsis clarified that a Battlefield Hardline “Beta [is] coming to all platforms before launch,” while answering questions on Twitter, where a few more Hardline details emerged.

Thank god no visual recoil. It bugs the shizznit out of me.Glad Dice is patching it in BF4

why is that a good thing, when I fire a weapon I want recoil to affect me and others if you're shooting like crazy, if you don't want recoil play COD

Visual recoil isn't actual recoil, it just gives the illusion of your gun kicking, the normal recoil values are the same as before, but now without visual recoil you can see where your gun actually kicks to and compensate for it, it's more realistic like this because you don't have a gun that shoots to the left while it's pointing to the right

You obviously have no idea what you're talking about.

The Battlefield franchise took a left hook to the chin, EA damaged the name, even though they wont accept it. Most player went to look for almost the same experience BF offered in PlanetSide.

Soon a new campaign will be launched to boycott the game and let EA feel the pain of screwing us with BF4, which is by the way, still broken to date, almost 1 year after launch.
