even i do support you guys on getting this guy into jail, i guess the problem is not him, is the one how make it available for everyone, he is the one that should be in jail, and, because of this guy thoughts we are not having any Kick-Ass 3 :(

If you're gonna pirate it, just do it to try the game and see if you like it, and delete it if you don't. PC games are cheaper anyways, and no doubt it'll be like $0.99 on Steam within a month or two of it's release. No point pirating a game just because you're pissy it isn't on the PS4
