Mad Catz Reveals R.A.T. DWS Mouse

Nah, to much crap that's unnecessary. If you want a great mouse go with this https://www.pcgamingrace.co... It fits perfect in the hand and very light.

I’d say go with the DeathAdder V2. It has 20,000 dpi with 99.6% resolution accuracy, 0.2 milliseconds, and 650ips tracking speed. It doesn’t have any unnecessary crap either.

That is a good one. SteelSeries latest Rival was great as I liked being able to set the weight.

I went through 4 DeathAdder's and every single one of them had issues with the rubber side grips coming off in less than a year. While the DeathAdder feels perfect in the hand the quality of the mouse is not good. This new version also has rubber on the side, bad idea on Razer's part. And I also hate the software, uninstalled it.

Had it shift once on the Rival over the summer but it stayed stuck.

They do have a very unusual design.

At least yours stayed mine came off :D Used krazy glue but still I wasn't feeling it, so I threw it away never to buy another Razer product \o/ Instead of rubber they could have just used a rough pastic texture in the spot where the rubber goes, it would be part of the mouse and there would be no issues.

I really like that thumb wheel on the side.

I currently have a G502 and use every button available, so something with even more input options is nice without having to resort to those MMO mice that just have like, 12 buttons all clustered together.

Extra buttons are nice but easy of access and grip comfort are big factors.

Am I the only one scratching my head and wondering what on Earth was Mad Catz thinking when they designed their mice? It looks freaking huge and something out off a Sci Fi B movie set. Maybe it's just me but I much prefer smaller mice that fit more snugly in my hands, have had a Razer Naga for 3 years now and can't see myself wanting to use anything else.

It isn't so much about looks. The reason they look like that is practicality. They're very adjustable, you can extend and rotate various panels to fit your hand.

I haven't used one, I'm quite particular in the buttons that I want and I prefer wireless mice so I keep an eye on their new models to see when they get the combination I'm after :)

Ive got a R.A.T 3 i did have R.A.T 6 but percition button was faulty. I can see why you say what you said i cant speak about this but trust me the rest the R.A.T Series do feel very comftable soo much so the RAT6 actually can be adjusted for your pal litterally with its own built in tool kit.

How long did you wear it before you realised it wasn't making any noise?
