I hope this is a good star fox game. To be honest i wasnt entirely convinced by the motion controls a couple of different websites detailed at e3.

Imagine a star fox game with online dogfights and stuff... would be so awesome.

Also Xenoblade X doesnt even have a window for 2015. The prospect of waiting another 9 months for that game is unbearable.

Vegamyster3616d ago (Edited 3616d ago )

The leaked screenshots looked very basic and if i recall they're hiring another studio to help then get the game out, 1-1.5 years seems pretty short so i could see it either getting delayed or being somewhat rushed, hopefully it all works out.

Concertoine3616d ago

It seems odd because this game was slated for 2014, first worldwide, then only in japan. Then it was slated for 2015 worldwide.

NintendoSonyfan3616d ago

They said the game has been in development for over 6 years, but they couldn't find an interesting way to bring it to Wii.

"1-1.5 years seems pretty short"

For a game like starfox ( a linear game ) 1.5 is enough. It comes down to tooling.

randomass1713616d ago

I'm really surprised they are actually doing it. Star Fox 64 is not really known for its longevity but as long as they have replayability and online multiplayer I think it will be worth it.

JacketsNest1013615d ago

Considering the fact that Xenoblade X was a mainstay for 2014 until they pushed it to 2015, we'll probably see it in early 2015.

Just got a WiiU a couple of months ago. Super excited! I'm actually using it!

BrandanT3616d ago

The Wii U is definitely amazing. I've been using my Wii U to comment an submit stories on this site.
I can't wait for the upcoming games!

franwex3616d ago

Me too dood!! It only does EVERYTHING! Sometimes when I get stuck I use screen to look at a walk-through too.

GamingSinceThe80s3616d ago

I have all 3 new consoles and my Wii U by far get's the most play.Because it is the only one with a lot high quality first party games. But my PS4 will be getting it's first major workout come the 9th when Destiny drops.

franwex3616d ago

I'm more excited about this gen than the previous one. The future looks really bright for all consoles. Very good time to be into gaming.

MNGamer-N3615d ago

Playing Diablo on PS4 right now alot (Never played it before) but usually WiiU gets most use in our house.

What exactly is appealing about this franchise?

crusf3616d ago

You say Nintendo fans are a bunch of sensitive fanboys but then you come and says something idiotic like that. How do you not expect us to retort and reply. Oh right your just a basement dwelling troll with nothing better to do...

herbs3616d ago

Love these trolls that just need to be herd and can't stand that others are excited about something that they can not comprehend. Must suck to be troll with nothing better to do than sit under your bridge of negativity and ignorance. Enjoy your troll life.

Metallox3616d ago

I don't know, it's just cool control a space ship with a fox in it as a pilot.

herbs3616d ago (Edited 3616d ago )

Natty Graham you obviously lack any kind of imagination, how is a person like you even into gaming... Oh yah not a real gamer just troll...

NintendoSonyfan3616d ago

It's appealing for the same reason Bayonetta 2 is appealing: Because we won't have to deal with a bunch of Ponies and Xbots online.

No Mario Party 10? It's suppose to be coming in 2014 or 2015.

They should release it on NSO's GBA lineup. The Switch has a light sensor afterall! (Switch Lite owners would be out of luck though)

Chocoburger8d ago (Edited 8d ago )

I don't think games would be able to 'hook into' the light sensor for automatic screen brightness.
The best way to play the game is with the fan patch that lets you adjust the amount of light the game is receiving at will. Make sure not to play at max sunlight for too long, or the game will punish you, keep the sunlight meter lowered in order to keep playing longer.
