Ubisoft announced today that it has delayed Assassin's Creed Unity by two weeks, with a new release of 11th November in the US and 13th November in Europe.
"As we got close to the finish, we realized we were near the target but still needed a bit more time to hone some of the details to make sure Assassin’s Creed Unity is exceptional," says Vincent Pontbriand, senior producer at Ubisoft. "We sincerely appreciate players' commitment to the game and their patience. It’s just a couple more weeks. And it’s going to be worth it."
Where they scared of GTA5's release?
This is easily the year of delays. Even if some games are just getting delayed by a few weeks or a month. MOST of the games that were delayed though, were delayed til 2015.
Which year?
(...sarcasm - and no...I've not read full article!)
Oh, I hate delays.
In the history of gaming, I think Ubisoft is the most common one.
Cutting it a bit too close to LBP3 for my liking, but I'm fine with it.
