tl;dr – Day 1 of ArcheAge is a success. Character customization is topnotch. The graphics are beautiful, even if there are some frame rate issues. I had no problems with my potato internet while playing. At lower levels, it feels much like many Asian MMOs from yesteryear. The quest system feels pretty much the same as most Asian MMOs, but it has a lot of different spins to the well-used formula that may attract more people. The launcher needs more work.

I am not a huge MMO player, but this game got to me for some reason. I really enjoyed questing and really look forward to launch. There is so much to do in this game it makes my head spin. I will probably be playing this game for a long time. Archeage (Ark-age) is a beautiful "sand-park" MMO I think everyone should at least try.
Haven't been able to try it. Game CTDs at the Cryengine screen every time. Tried the spam esc fix listed on the games site but hitting esc also causes an immediate CTD.
