Sony VS Microsoft – Gamescom review Part one

So just when you think we’ve heard it all this year in terms of upcoming games from the two titans of our industry, Sony and Microsoft went head to head again and didn’t disappoint at this years Gamescom from Germany.

First up Microsoft!

Since there disastrous E3 they have won back the faith of the gaming community by removing there awful DRM policies and promising games games games!

Even then, a 15 year old SHOULD know the difference. Especially because this is taught at a third grade level, AND they are currently in school.

@ Spenok. You're right. My pet peeve is when authors type 'a apple' instead of 'AN apple'. It just grinds my gears so much lol :D Oh yeah and 'your' when they should be using 'you're'. It bothers me greatly, I never correct people, but I smile when others do. :D

Microsoft's gamescom conference was a retread of their E3 showcase.
Before anyone clicks on the disagree button, please name me a few exclusives announced last night that we didn't know of already.

They had a lot of new pc/console exclusives announced like superhot. Announced screamride. They announced their exclusivity deal with tomb raider, they finally showed the much anticipated quantum break gameplay which looked awesome, lots of new details about halo 5, halo channel reveal, and halo collection. Pretty solid showing all around

Spotie, there was more than 2. And how am I showing Microsoft fanboyism by saying that they had a good showing? Would you like my psn and nintendo id to prove I own all the consoles?

So there were two new games and a bunch of stuff we already saw something at E3. Sounds like a retread, as he said.

I find it strange how many of the accounts with platform-agnostic names nonetheless show heavy Microsoft favoritism. It's almost as of they're trying to fool someone...

I think you need to watch the conference again. Almost every indie they showcased was timed exclusive, "first on xbox". The only new game they announced was screamride.
We already saw snippets of Quantum Break a few months ago and we have known about halo 5 since last year.
There was barely anything we didn't know of already.

All of xbox indie games are all timed Exclusives.
The only New IP they had to show was ScreamRide.....
So plz tell me what other games they had that i did not see? that we already knew were coming?
