New horror game P.T announced for PS4

Sony has announced a cryptic new horror title for the PlayStation 4 called PT. The trailer below doesn't reveal much, but there's an interactive teaser that teaches you a little more about the title. It's available for download on the PlayStation 4, if you want to check it out. Sony did show reactions from players who saw the demo, who were a little startled, to say the least.

No word yet on a release date, but 2015 is very likely.

Never been in to horror games and never played a silent hill, but I got to say that demo was pretty cool stuff. Me and my wife spent almost 90 min. In the loop trying to see all we could see. Hell she had to call out for work cause she stayed up too late. I will definitely be keeping an eye on this game.

Yeah. It's definitely on the same level as Outlast, but this one will terrify you with sheer fear instead of jump scares.

Honestly the single scariest thing i've ever had the displeasure of playing, i had to go outside and calm down a little between sittings.

I'm totally digging all these horror games coming out! I've always loved the genre, just like movies. Although lately both the games and movies haven't been good. Outlast was great though, and I'm hoping Evil Within is good too. This demo will be waiting for me when I get home!

Edit: games like these I don't want to go on Twitch to see. I want to play it, and experience it all without knowing anything about what's next :)

I'm glad to see all these horror games (they sound like survival horror games, not these "action" horrors) as it was a severe dry spell on the last gen consoles, and there was an article a while back saying they where bringing Siren: Blood Curse to the PS4 which is awesome!

I think out all the available platforms, Sony is best suited to innovate and bring the genre back to life, but "Alone in the Dark" on 3DO was the birth of survival horror on consoles. Man that game scared the crap out of me when I was little.
