12 upcoming PS4 games you probably don’t know anything about (but should)

Sean Davies of PSGamer:The PS4 has a plethora of amazing games on the horizon ranging from AAA blockbusters to creative indie projects. Driveclub, Uncharted 4, The Order 1886 and Velocity 2X are the games on almost every PlayStation gamers lips – but unfortunately, some PS4 games with great potential are flying below the radar, no matter how loud the developers scream and shout about their games.

With this in mind, we wanted to celebrate some of the lesser known PS4 games in development which look really promising but are not yet causing a stir. Of course, inclusion means exclusion by default and there are hundreds of games that could probably make this list, but this is 12 of our favourite PS4 games that you probably know nothing about (but hopefully will be the time you have read this).

Way to level up Sony...! I got my eye on Wander (I am Groot!) and Hover now. But all the characters look the same in Skara (hopefully changes) and Kodoku looks too disturbed for me.

Wander looks interesting, but if anything, the others in the list gave me a stark realisation of just how bad the state of the industry is in at the moment!!

I did Not spend $400.00 plus n $500.00 plus, on Ps4 n X1....to play these junk crap games, it makes me so mad cause If I want to play these games I would have spent $250.00 on a tablet!!!! Save a lot of money...
I buy consoles to play the late great games....indie type games should have Never been aloud onto Ps4 n X1... I'm sorry n sure some would flame me over this, but come on!!!! Why not just get a tablet....

I don't understand why you would complain about having more games? Sure retail AAA games is very few for both machines right now, just as every machine that launches each gen. But come 2015 and forward will have a steady supply of great retail games. But if it upsets you so much, maybe you shouldn't buy consoles at launch. And if you're really upset, sell your consoles and buy a PC.

Really? His opinion? He is complaining, which could be avoided. Again if he don't like having a slew of triple AAA titles at launch of a new console generation. Then he should wait to justify his purchase.

That would be like buying a car without a engine and the dealership says we will ship the engine in about a year to year and a half. Then 9 months later you complain about not being able to drive your car. It's your own fault, has nothing to do with opinion.

...ahhh, so a true gamer doesn't care about the quality of a game, only that there is a game to play... got it.

I do own a couple of indie titles, they can be a massive amount of fun, but most them them just don't do anything for me.

The premise of your reply indicates that indies aren't quality games. You may not like them but it can be argued that indies have more quality put into them then most AAA games.

Um, so basically we're getting a lot of crappy games for the PS4. I'm hoping uncharted isn't the only good exclusive we're getting, cause from the looks of these horrible trailers in this page, I'm guessing the exclusives being good are a far cry from reality.
