Xbox One to Launch Next Generation of Gaming in China September 23

The Xbox One will launch in China on 23rd September, Microsoft has announced, and will ship with two free games and free access to Xbox Gold through March 2015. As the NewsWire and Reuters are at pains to point out, it'll be the first foreign-made console to go on sale in the world's third biggest gaming market.

XB1 is ready!! Can't believe games like killer instinct, Watch Dogs, Titanfall, Halo, Crackdown, AC Unity, The Division all got approved for China. I guess the restrictions were not as much as we thought. MSFT has to be feeling confident about the upcoming launch.

Ironically enough, your nickname sums it all up.

I don't consider a gaming machine that can't produce 1080p resolution in games like Sunset Overdrive a "next-gen" console. The machine uses a two and a half year old GPU, even by laptop standarts that's "old".

Both companies cheaped out this gen. If it wasn't for Kinect, Microsoft could put a decent GPU in the box but nope, instead they had to spend their green on Motion Control R&D, with expenses to be paid by the loyal customers of Xbox brand.

It's 2014 and I've been playing at 1080p for almost five years now. I can't judge your decision to buy an Xbox One but I'm sure as hell not going back to sub-hd at this day and age.
