Wired: Tales of Vesperia Does Cel-Shading Right

Following the official presentation portion of Microsoft's RPG event today, Wired were invited to the gallery space's second floor to try out Namco Bandai's Tales of Vesperia.

First of all, it needs to be said just how good this game looks.

Wired have seen plenty of cel-shading that attempts to replicate the look of anime in the past, but this time it really looks like they've succeeded. Both the cut scenes and gameplay really do come off as anime, with a 3D perspective that really works well.

I love the art style of this game so far! Another unique title only on the 360. I can't wait to see more of this game.

Tales of... is looking very pretty. But I do not remember reading it was an exclusive to the 360.

Out of the 4 RPGs Microsoft spoke of recently, I only knew of Infinite Undiscovery being exclusive to the 360. And Remnant is gonna release earlier on the 360 than PS3.
