Amazon India is now a marketplace for pirated games. Watch Dogs going for $8.

Games in Asia says: "A cursory search for Watch Dogs on the PC brings in a range of deals from a super low price of INR 499 (around $8) all the way up to the actual retail price of INR 1799 (almost $30). And this is why we can't have nice things.

well, India.

You guys think all PC gamers are pirating and that bugs me, I legally own over 130 games on PC, I don't know that any of my friends pirate games anymore.

This is India, I don't even know if it's even possible to legally buy the game on PC there.

well congratulations on owning 130 games,
but piracy is a thing and its a pretty big thing, the world goes well beyond you and your posse's.and its noteven possible on ps4xb1 for the nex 3-4 years
far as the country's pc gaming scene goes ,i dunno.though i know india is among the countries that do have nex gen consoles officially lol (im not sure if pakistan afghanistan and similar surrounding countries even get consoles officially)

Wow! is this thing even legal?

Skate-AK1728d ago

Not at all. You know when you boot up a movie and they give you that $100,000 piracy warning? This is exactly what this is but with a game.

Amazon will probably blacklist "MarketPlush" after Ubisoft contacts them. If you look at the page, it says they just launched. I wouldn't really say this is Amazons fault.
