The Last of Us: Remastered vs PS3 version: What's changed?

What can you expect to find in the re-release of a classic?

The story is too old to be commented.

"What's changed?". The console. The game changed just a little bit but its the same masterpiece that it was on the ps3. Just with better framerate and textures. Not worth it if you already own the ps3 version. Some may disagree.

I'm in the same boat as your self. I'm not really up for the re mastered games like this and GTA as they were only released last year for me they should of just started working on the next game and look to do a re mastered version later on in the gen or a special version like halo collection or wind weaker.

Don't get me wrong this game is a great game but for me not what the ps4 needs.

Less than $50 price, plus $20 worth of DLC that I don't have, plus 60fps (I think that this will really help the MP), plus being able to play with the DS4, minus the trade-in value of my PS3 disc equals worth it to me. Graphical improvements are icing on the cake.

Better graphics for 60 bucks. Wonderful game, almost got all trophies for it. But it's just a marketing ploy to get PS4 owners, that used to be X-box owners, to buy it. You guys need to remember, if you are just buying the game for graphics, it's pretty lame excuse.

I'm that one gamer that doesn't buy a game over again because it's on a different console. I don't have the money to do so. So when I buy a game, that is usually the only copy I buy of it.

most people wil do that. its the smart move.

i said the same for tomb raider, bought it digital at full price which is quite a bit in uk. then ps4 version came along. was not interested in this at all. then one day bought it on psn full price. cant believe i got sucked into it. however, its still a good ps4 game and its better than other games at that point.

"All DLC comes with the game, but you’ll need to purchase it if you didn’t already for the PS3 version. It’s cross-play, so if you bought it on PS3, it will be compatible on PS4. "

This is confusing. I thought if you buy the remaster you get the DLC included on the disc and get to play it without any more cost. If this is true what is the point of including the DLC if you need to pay for it in addition to the game itself? Really this means the DLC DOESN'T come with it, you need to buy it?
